So at the end of last year, I decided to give myself a challenge: to run just one mile every time I go to the gym. Well, I started my one-mile runs on the treadmill again this month. I ran one mile (almost) every time I went to the gym, and for the most part, I kept up with it… as you can see… I only remembered to start this two weeks into the month. 😣

I really do hate running… But it is growing on me. Feels pretty good afterwards too. I’m still reluctant to run more than just a mile though.
